Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The console must be in its original condition, with all accessories and the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method.

Warranty

Every console comes with a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering faults in materials and manufacturing. If your console arrives faulty or stops working because of a fault in that time, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, liquid damage or misuse.
